One of the most common warning signs is unexplained weight loss. If someone loses a noticeable amount of weight without changing diet or exercise, it can be a red flag. The body sometimes burns calories differently when fighting an internal disease, and this kind of weight loss should never be ignored.

Another sign many people overlook is persistent fatigue. This isn’t the normal tiredness that improves with rest. It’s a deep exhaustion that lingers for weeks, affects daily functioning, and doesn’t go away after sleep. When the body is under internal stress, energy levels often drop long before other symptoms appear.
